身體是一座橋樑,不能把身體只當著是外在的『工具』,它是有知有感,是慾望與 心靈的載體。————梅洛龐蒂
當感官受到干擾時,本能感知的能力受到不同程度的影響;與此同時,也是那感官在持續感知著 干擾的訊號。身體是意識的容器,人透過身體感知、經驗外部的資訊世界。恆常熟悉的肢體運作 下,人如何感知身體獨特存在的完整性?
作品提出視覺獲取作為身體活動的參照方向,試圖構造一種質疑身體的經驗,藉由真實世界影像 的投射,輔以穿戴裝置的受限性,以植入干擾視覺的訊號,截斷人形成空間知覺的路徑。
觀眾將於狹長的迴廊空間中自行決定體驗何時開始、何時結束,身體處於空間置換錯覺的同時, 透過躲避可變狀態的空間裝置。
不斷創造新的肢體經驗,身體持續地產生動態和能量的過程,似乎是一種召喚感知的可行方法。
The body is a bridge, it cannot be considered as an external “tool”, it has knowledge and feelings, it is a carrier of desires and spirituality. ---- Meroponti
When the senses are disturbed, the ability to perceive instinctively is affected to varying degrees; at the same time, it is the senses that continue to perceive the disturbing signals. The body is the container of consciousness, through which one perceives and experiences the external world of information. How does one perceive the integrity of the body's unique existence in the context of the familiar body movements?
The work proposes visual acquisition as a reference direction for bodily activities, attempting to construct an experience that questions the body by projecting images of the real world, supplemented by the restrictive nature of the wearable devices, implanting visually disturbing signals, and interrupting the path of spatial perception.
The audience will decide when to start and end the experience in the narrow corridor space, and the body will be under the illusion of spatial displacement while avoiding the variable spatial devices.
The constant creation of new physical experiences, the body's continuous process of generating dynamics and energy, seems to be a feasible way to evoke perception.
